Want to play heroes 2

I have windows XP and I want to play heroes 2 again but the disk is scratched and doesnt work correctly.  Is there any way i can download this game legally an dhave it run properly on my system?

with DC++:just search for DC++ it on the internet and you'll be able to download a version of it.After that,just look in the help file.
