First of all every question about Wog should be asked here because it will reduce amount spam-like threads apearing in Wog room in which somebody asks one or two questions. It will be just better because you just look in here and search answer for your question or just post your question if there is no answer for it. It would be like encyclopedia.
So I'll go first. How can you make 8 lvl creature? I know about option that changes lvl 7 upgraded creatures into 8 lvl and i also know about upgrading in hill fort and of course i know about dwellings, so is there other way to make them?
Another question. How can i make Sylvan Centaurs from Elves and Centaurs? Say everithing that is required and what do you must do.

If you have both Extended Upgrades and Universal Upgrades enabled, you can also upgrade lvl 7 to lvl 8 in towns if the upgraded lvl 7 dwelling is built there.

First make sure the option is enabled in WoG Options.
You must have a stack of Grand Elves and a stack of Centaur Captains in your hero's army.
Open the hero screen and ctrl-click on either the Centaur Captains or Grand Elves.
