hey
what if hire ToH-police in each country, they can trace your IP and come beat you up with a rubber stick if you play bad, put your head in the loo for foul mouth and smash your head on the wall if cheat.
(oh.. not allowed to make silly comments? soORy.)
actually, few 'elders'(in age or gaming exp) in the community is all needed, which will probably be so.
back in early h3 years, game was new, online gaming was new trend so most players were young in age and online honor code wasnt as strong.
.. and on top, i dont fancy the idea of any sillybilly guy marking his whatever judgement on my forehead.
Not very..... how you call it.

What are we going to do with all the new players that have no clue of ToH's history with the whole heroes series? Well they will not necessarly conform to the rules right away and thus we implemented the recommendation from a Vet rule to be allowed into ToH, this curbed the honorable/dishonorable players quite abit... BUT it became a MASSIVE headache when you were always asked to play games with the new players so they can act good for one game then screw up the next 10 in a row... So there is always the risk in a 'open' tourny like ToH and should remain so.

Exactly how we learned.
I learned it all the hard way from UT calling me a dishonorable cheater to learning strategies on your own.
You dont need respect from no one & You learn as you develope in this game.
I did everythang on my own & I think I did a pretty good job.
They can do it too.
