Ok look. I downloaded WoG yesterday. It has some really nice features to it, like the Moving trees which can be an optional installation option, the new creatures which are cool, the new thing in the artifact section thing, where you now have your own commander in your army that can fight in combat and they can be really strong at times, the new artifacts, the new scenary which can appear, the many many new options that you can enable to alter your game and give yourself an advantage or make it so that you strike twice for example.
There are new map locations and other things, but isn't this changing the whole game perspective enterily. Sure it has loads more features to tinker with your game, but this is just cheating or it is a little bit unfair at times.
The new creatures are cool, but they are upgraded forms of the creatures before them, and they are only stronger. It is cool, but it is changing the game perspective and it really isn't heroes of might and magic 3, it really is WoG.
It is another expanision to the game and that is pretty cool, but it is changing the whole game drastically and it really doesn't seem like the same game anymore.
It isn't HOMM3 it is WoG and seriously it may be fun and all, but it really isn't the same game anymore, and personally I like Heroes of Might and Magic the way that it was meant to be played.
