Friday 23:00 GMT = Saturday 9AM AEST, right? Do you have school at that time?

Saturday 0:00 GMT = Saturday 1AM, and you should have the rest of the day off, right?
Wait, are these right? Maybe I'm writing these times wrong... Someone help me out here.

oh, then i miscalculated with everything
1st time is good, should be able to make it
2nd time is not good, i will be out at this time i will be able to come if it goes for longer than an hour
3rd time is alright
1st time is the best, then 3rd time. 2nd time is the worst

The first one (Friday) is the best for me. {although the following week would be better...} Count me in and I will try to be there.
AIM is ok, I will need to learn how to use any of these  , and as Iris is organising it - it really is her call.

I might be on on some of those times. You know me tough, no internte access, then suddenly all of it I could ever want, then none again. My parents are divorced, and that represent me going from one house to another But court orders are going to change on monday.

Important! Please read!
Okay, let's finalize stuff.
So far, it seems that the first time (Friday, July 21st, 23:00GMT) seems to be good for most people who responded, so that's when I'm going to set the party. I'm sorry if you can't make this time, but I'm trying to accommodate as many people as I can. 
The party will begin on the hour and will last (I'm guessing) about an hour. After that, we will reveal our identities. However, if people wishes to stay and chat, feel free. Also, if you wish to come early, I'll be open for chat too. 
Now, I've noticed that the time converting this is a little confusing, and I don't want people showing up at the wrong time, so here's what we'll do. At exactly 24 hours before the party, I will make an announcement in this thread. Please check the time and date of my post to figure out when you should show up. And just to be extra safe, I'll will make additional announcements as the time gets closer. Again, check the time and date of the post.
Next, it will be done on AIM. To all you MSN users, it's only a one-time thing, so please bear with me.
...And apparently, due to surf control at work, I can't even access the AIM homepage. I'll make another post later with instructions on how to get AIM and how to use it. Sorry about that.
For those of you who have AIM already, please add TimeKeeperIris to your buddylist for the masquerade. IM me when the time comes and I will send you off to the chatroom where the party will take place.
Another important thing that FoG brought up as the possibility of things becoming chaotic with too many people. Just yesterday, we tried having 4 people in a chatroom and it was already hard to follow who was saying what. So if things do become confusing, we will split into 2 chatrooms (one for silly talks and one for actual discussions). You guys are all guinea pigs. Are you proud?
Last but not least, PLEASE POST IN HERE TO CONFIRM YOU ARE COMING! If you don't know if you can make it, also make sure you let me know. If you have not posted in here but would still like to come, DO COME! All are welcome! ^_^

For those who still are not sure about the time zones.
If u have windows XP, just doubleclick the "time" (on the very right side of your lower taskbar) and then the middle bar "timezones". There u can look up all time zones in GMT format.
On other OS (Win98, ME etc....), just look up your time settings in the control panel.

Instructions on AIM
Yay, internet.
Downloading AIM
Okay, this is what to do to get AIM. First of all, go here and click on Download Now.
Installing AIM
I trust all of you can follow the given directions on how to install it, right?
Getting a Screen Name
Now, open AIM, and it will prompt you to get a new Screen Name (SN). Confirm and make up something. Here are a few tips and things to keep in mind.
-The point of the masquerade to have fun and confuse people. Therefore, it's recommended that you make a good disguise for yourself so that it isn't obvious who you are. Feel free to steal other people's names. This means if you see something like ExplosiveAddict, don't assume it's Tina.
-Feel free to steal trademarks (I don't know what else to call them). Legend loves to use smilies. Pecu has amazing spelling. If someone abuses smilies to no end, or cannot spell anything correctly, it doesn't mean it's them.
-Get your screen names early! Good ones are always taken.
Getting to the Party
1. After you sign on to AIM, look at the bottom of your main window. There is a "+/-" sign with the words "Setup." Click on it.
2. Now click on "Add Buddy" on the bottom, and type in "TimeKeeperIris."
3. Now click on "Return to Buddy List."
4. I should be signed on around that time. Double click on my SN, and say hi. I will send you an invitation to the party.
A Few Rules
1. DO NOT guess who anyone is in the actual chat room. Send personal IMs for that.
2. You do not have to reveal your identity to anyone until the end, if you choose not to.
3. Feel free to pretend to be someone else in the chat, but do not lie on IMs.
I hope that's clear enough to get everyone there. Try it out before the party and make sure you can log on and everything. If you run into problems, don't hesitate to send me HCMs if you need additional help.

ADDIT : On second thoughts, I might have a problem. I can't seem to get my hands on whatever piece of paper I've noted my current AIM account password on. I don't seem to have an email from AOL with my pass on it, either... So if I create a second account, I might lose my already existing one.
Any suggestions ?
