Terrain-Landscapes

One thing that I got tired of was that each Castle type had it's own surrounding terrain. The Tower town was surrounded by snow; the Fortess by swamp etc. It put those heroes at a travelling disadvantage.
I don't make a lot of my own maps, just random ones by I really hope they do something about this.

Sorry to say, but...

I couldn't image a Preserve in the middle of a volcanic landscape. The unicorn glade surrounded by flowing lava? No...

Ok, I know it does not always work. But I do get tired of looking at blinding snow every time I play the Tower town; drudging through swamps with the Fortress etc.

If your army consists only of creatures native to the terrain, your hero doesn't get any travelling disadvantage. For example, if your hero has only Fortress creatures, he/she receives no penalty when travelling through swamp.
