I have one great idea for new H5 mod...

Hi, I went to change/add new abilities for this units in H5 (I have great idea) but I don't know where is folder with units abilities and how I can to edit it. Do you can tell me where is this folder and if is this modifications possible to made?
I went to know your thinks about my idea for add these abilities to units. Your ideas are welcome.

Inferno:
1. Horned Overseer - Immunity to Fire
2. Pit Lord - Fear Attack (Chance to fear enemy unit), increased cost for 100-150 gold
3. Arch Devils - No Enemy Retaliation, Immunity to Fire May Cast Mass Weakenss one time, fly/teleport anywhere on combat map,  increased cost for 300-700 gold

Necropolis:
1. Spectre - Soul Drain  (like ghost in Heroes 2/3 - for every killed enemy unit Spectre increase they number by 1), remove Mana drain, increased cost for 50-100 gold
2. Wraith - No Enemy Retaliation, fly/teleport, increased cost for 200-400 gold

Haven:
1. Archer - Double Shot, increased cost for 25 gold
2. Marksman - Warding Arrows, increased cost for 25 gold
3. Squire - Double Attack, increased cost for 25-75 gold, rename to Crusader
4. Priest - Lay Hands (heal units), increased cost for 25 gold
5. Arch-angel, Resurrect Allies two times,  Lay Hands (heal units) May Cast Mass Bless one time, fly anywhere on combat map,  increased cost for 300-700 gold

Sylvan:
1. Druid Elder - More spells (bless, haste, mass protect from arrows), Lay Hands (heal units), increased cost for 50-100 gold
2. Green Dragon - Immunity to Earth
3. Emerald Dragon - Immunity to all Summoning Magic, remove Immunity to Earth,   increased cost for 300-500 gold

Academy:
1. Master Gremlin - No Range Penalty
2. Djinn - Double Attack, increased cost for 100-150 gold
3. Djinn Sultan - No Enemy Retaliation, increased cost for 75-100 gold
4. Arch-Mage - Immunity to Curses and Mind Magic, increased cost for 100-200 gold

Dungeon:
1. Hydra - Fear Attack (Chance to fear enemy unit),, increased cost for 75 gold
2. Deep Hydra - Fear Attack (Chance to fear enemy unit),  - increased cost for 150 gold  
3. Grim Raider - No Enemy Retaliation, increased cost for 100 gold  
4. Shadow Matriarch - Blinding Attack (Chance to blind/transform to stone enemy unit in hand to hand combat like medusa in Heroes 2/3), increased cost for 100-150 gold

Frist Aid:
On Basic WAR MACHINES heal 50 hp
On Advanced WAR MACHINES heal 100 hp
On Expert WAR MACHINES heal 150 hp and remove Curses and Sickness on healed unit

Do anyone of members can create a mod based on my idea?!
