In the past heroes series people was able to sell the artifacts they didn't wanted to the market or the other buildings in towns or on the map that were selling artifacts.It was a nice way to make some cash from the junk you don't need.But now you can only buy them.Kinda sux

i really have no idea why they taken it away

it does suck, because if you want to buy some units as you town is being raided, you can't sell a really rubbish artifact to get enough money.
