Heroes Community Circuit
I have got a very good idea   , but I sure, many people will think this is a bad idea .
Okay, let's start a the begining:
There will be a flash game. The flash game version of the HOMM V. Ther will be only one, great map. It named Heroes Community Map. It will be 10000000x10000000 large, and if there is no space, it will get more large. We starrt with 20000 gold. We start with a hero, what have got same name as us, and it's potrait is our avatar.
Example: a Hero named VokailBG, his potrait is the potrait of the Vampire, and its owner is VokailBG.
Okay, the hero start with an "avarge" army.
Example: 22 conspict or enforcener, 12 masrksman or crossbowman, 10 squire or vindactor, 5 imperial griffin or battle griffin, 3 inquestor or zaelot, 2 paladin or champion, and 1 archangal or fallen angel.
We can buy a town, we can chose it's faction (Haven, Inferno, Academy, etc.), but It costs 2500 gold. We can only have one hero and one town. If our hero dies, it will be rescurracted instantly, and gets front of our town, and gets his army again, but we lose the half of our gold. We can chose the hero's from, like: if we have got a knight, it's from, attack, and move can be Wizard's like, the Zehir's like, Dunfer's like, etc. Our hero start with level 5, we can chose his stats (attack, defend, spellpower, knowidle) and skills and abilityes. At all level ups, we gets 2 level up ponits (we can buy stats with it at the hero's details), 1 skill point (we can buy skills with it at the hero's details) and 1 ability point (we can buy abilityes with it, at the hero's details).
There is not one, more undergrounds, we can buy underground, and make objects to it (objects and natureal armyes what are in the map editor). The players are have got no colors, just names. The player's name is same the user's name at Heroes Community. At our town, we can bluid buildings, the costs are same as the heroes of Might and Magic 5's. we can buy chreatures too. Grail not need tear of asha, but need 1000000 gold. Spell cannot be learned, they are can be buy for money, and our magic skilll is no matter.
Lvl. 1 spells cost: 500 gold
Lvl. 2 spells cost: 1000 gold
Lvl. 3 spells cost: 2500 gold
Lvl. 4 spells cost: 5000 gold
Lvl. 5 spells cost: 7500 gold
There is clans, what are founded by players. The clan have got their own underground level, so that is the way, there is unlimited underground levels. To underground, there is portals and monolits may lead to them.
The heroes can marry. Marrying costs 5000 gold.
There is areas. There is the hero himself fight to the other hero, and not the army. This is the only place wher heroes can fight as chreatures. The hero can fight agints chreatures too.
There is touarnaments. The hero must be at least lvl. 8, and clan nember to go to Touarnament. The leader decides how many gold needed to join a touarnament. The touarnament have got goal (defeat the other heroes what are in tourarnament, find a certain artifact, etc.). After winning a touarnemnt you gets honor and points. At honor, you can buy special artifacts, points can be changed into credit. 500 point=1 credit, Credits can be changed into gold.
1 credit=1000 gold.
You can earn honor at Arena too. At Arena you can gain PVP ranking. Some artifacts and spells recures certain minimum PVP ranking.
There is guilds too. Can only clan leaders can join into guilds.
The heroes have got unlimited movement points, there is no waiting\end of the day. All heroes can move at one time.
Okay, I waiting for more ideas.

I think it's very nice and interesting.
It will be very hard (almost impossible) to do that.
The idea is good but the only problom is the idea's actualization.

If you really do your best and work 23 hours a day you'll perhaps be able to finish this in a couple of millenia...
Plus think about how large the flash file would be. Better make it a text game, something like these that advertise on heroes community. You know, Monsters Game, Tribal Wars, something like that.
It would still be kinda tough to program it, but at least it would be doable
