Two questions:
1. Why you dicreased the Wraith's speed to 5? He is quite unuseful like that.
2. Arch Lich is extremely powerful! With 5 dark spells including Frenzy! And what makes it even more powerful is the resize. A shooter/caster is much stronger as small creature, because it's harder to reach to it and to block the ranged ability. The special thing about the Lich was the unique size for a shooter/caster.
I think you all (mostly Vokial ) did a great job. But...
The Wraith and the Arch Lich are well balanced as they are.
You don't have to change things. Change only what's need to be changed.

The Wraith is now level 3 teleporter.

The details in the post are old, the archlich will get no Frenzy spell.

I did. You sent me the stuff back. All I want to know is where do I put my files.
Do I put the New.pak file just in the data folder, or do I put the individual images in the data.pak file?

Vokial: could you make the (Arch)Liches a 1 square creature, gave them flight (since graphically, they float rather than walk), and reduced their damage and hitpoints to something more similar to their HoMM3 values (or even weaker).
Also, give them all the spells (Arch)Mages have plus Animate Dead (with no skill in Summoning Magic), since obviously, when (Arch)Mages are transformed into undead they should not forget any spells they had when they were living.
I tried some of these changes, and they seemed balancing to me when I tested them.
By the way, I have made a few other interesting modifications, so if you are interested (the creators of this mod), let me know.

Because of them Necropolis can fight with the other castles, if you reduce them it will be the weakest faction!!!!! Eventually put 50hp and 8-12 attack to the vampire, or 200hp to the dragon

Just to be sure everyone is on the same page, let me remind that any idea that you may suggest here for the GotP project is only that: a suggestion. The GotP team will use them or not, as they wish, and no one should complain if they don't like the result.
Any post here that does not respect their decisions will be deleted.

With H5 1.x, you only have to place your .pak file in the data folder.
It's a little more complex with HoF.

YAY!!!
Surprise Suprise!!!
Vokial told me not too, but I couldn't resist!
All of the people waiting for the Alpha... Well stop waiting! The FINAL version is ready!!! It will be downloadable at the site in an hour or so, while Vokial makes some finishing touches! What will it include:
-Renegade (Sanctrum) as a playable Faction (DOES NOT replave Haven)
-All 4 Dragon from H3 (Magic, Rust, Crystal, and Azure)
-Necro Changes
-Heroes III: Reborn
-Orc Race
-10 New spells
-New Campaigns
-Hefiod 1.0-And much more!!! A readme with all feature will be in the realesed version.
Our 2 big options are Heros III: Reborn and Hefiod 1.0;
Heroes III: Reborn will basically change the game to Heroes II in Heroes V graphics (I love this one).
Hefiod 1.0 is a program that lets yoou do anything you want with the game (like a simple modding program: No more scrambeling with files! Everyone can be a modder!)!!!
Just wait one hour and than go on the site....
PS: Sorry Vokial, I just couldn't keep it a secret...
