Patch needed first?
Well,
I think the patch is greatly needed before any clan games can start. Can you imagine the number of forfeits cause of that bug?
Cycleguy and I played like 15+ games with no bug. Now, today, desynch day 2.
That being said, this bug will happen to everyone.

Mean which Clan challenge which, map, settings and result of war.
May be better describe basical rules, that can be added.

If leader is not around, clan member can have clan free challenge game with another clan member right ?

yes, clan member does not need permission of clan leader. Remember its free challenge.
Why not do the setup of h4 clans? Because not enough ppl for clans, and this is 3 player, not 4 player clans now. Clan wars can still be done -- but on your own arrangement.

you guys are too hasty
i dont say its millions of h5 onliners out there but they sure make up around 12 active clans
its only 3 days since tournament announced, most dont even know how the thing goes

question: there will be any record as it was in the past?
i.e. clan xxx defeats clan yyy with 3-0, allowing u to go on with another war as soon as all players from the clan finished their game? or players can act independently and one can play vs a player from another clan like 3 times while his clan mate can barely finish one, and add the earned points to his total clanpoints? cause in this case, term CLAN is losing its meaning and it will turn into free challenge with less team spirit. points should be awarded after the war is finished, those 3 games, and a notification would be made, like the example from above.
As activity increases, a clan must have 3-4 wars on progress and statistics will be a bit confusing if the individual record will be incremented with each game finished, without specifying what round has been completed and who beat who.
i'm asking cause i saw players points increasing/decreasing without knowing exactly what game has been play xxx vs. yyy

edit** One more thing : if a player leaves the clan for another it should be a severe penalty, otherwise points will be object of trade :
i.e clan xxx player 1 has 0 points, p2 has 2 points, player 3 has 30.
in the advanced stage, semifinal final, p3 can leave and gather other 2 players with many points and a new clan will born directly on top, which is not fair. i'd suggest a new clan should have points reseted or, at least, the player points upon leaving should be halved.

under all these rules, tournament significance falls to being in same level of prestige and interest as warlords

I was excited about clans because I thought it would be like H4....with clan wars and specialties....using points to buy better abilities etc etc....that is the best part of clans... As teacher pointed out...free challange only isnt really a clan...its just the same as any other TOH game only you add 1 point on a different page for your win. sigh... boring boring... Hardly even worth doing it... I mean no disrespect, just hope that it can be reconsidered.
If its a matter of time and man power I am willing to help out however I can to bring clans back to its glorious status.

again, the brainlessness ensues. That clan design has been up for over 6 months. How is it a shock now, when the rules have not been changed since its inception before homm5 even came out? If you like, Ill cancel the whole thing, make my life easy.
