Hi guys new to the forums and new to modding for Heroes series.
I want to edit the stats (health, cost, attack power, defensive power) of a couple of untis in Heroes 5 (like maybe the skelton archer and so forth), and this guide is very helpful but theres one problem. I have no idea where the GameMechanics folder is. Iv loked everywhere for it and have yet to find it.
P.S. using version 1.6 and Vista

thebattleman, open data.pak in data folder with winrar or 7zip
@weigazod, yeah we can, did you read the section 5 in the original post?
edit: i realise you probably mean if the ability effect can be changed. Yes it can be, i think here GameMechanics\Spell\Creature_Abilities

There is one thing that hasn't bin said here. How do you edit/or change an xdb file?.I've noticed it can be opened, but when in comes to changing the values or adding new one's it's just not possible.
