Multy player games

Im having a hard time finding the multy player site in ubisoft why cant I just use ip to friends ip and my network computer use to be able to run H5 but I had a crash and now every time I re install H5 in my second pc it does not work dosent even load after I install it. some stupid error code comes up and kick me out but use to run fine on that pc
