I voted for HOMM5, becuase the creatures there are the coolest, more original and creative then at other versions, even some of them are weird, specialy the Djinn.
What's more interesting is the creatures' changes.
The Halfings were sometimes here-sometimes not, but in the end they seem to be out of Academy.
Boars were gone and probably won't come back, there are much more interesting creatures.
Golems and Titans are here through all the way long and I guess they will always stay, they are very popular and they are upseparated part of the faction.
Rocs moved to the orcs, and they fit there better, so they will probably stay.
Gargoyles, that were in the beginning of the game in the Warlock's town, passed to the Wizrads, and became part of the family.
Nagas were in H3 and H4 and left the Wizards toward their own race.
Genies were neutral creatures in the beginning, but the were fitted into the Snowy Tower well, and they are still here.
Lastly, there's the stupid idea of Golem Dragon, that was gone and I hope that it won't come back.

The djinn sultans, the rakshasas and titans are awesome.

In H5 the creatures are very, very, very, very x 1000 ugly.
OK:
1. The realistic creatures
2. I like the mage race as ice race
3. I hate the H5's Academy architecture style - too... oriental...

Instead of putting Collosus and Titan you put Titan and Titan and instead of Djinn and Djinn Sultan you put Djinn Sultan and Djinn Sultan. Just fix it and everything is fine.

Voted H5. I always thought H3 tower was pretty boring, H4 monsters from just about all factions looked ugly as **** and well, I can barely remember playing H2.
H5 Academy doesn't look as good as other H5 factions, but is still the best of the 'wizards' theme in heroes.
