Something's just come to my attention concerning the Honour system with TOH. Everybody seems to have honourable ratings... why is this?
In order to be honourable, do players feel obliged to report a rating of 'honourable' when they haven't been really honourable at all?
Do players feel dishonourable giving other players bad rankings?
So far this season I've played a whopping 3 games and each one of them has been a geniune honour to play. What does it take though to make you give a negative report of someone? For me it would be nothing short of cheating.

hehehe i have play only 2 games this season and only once did i report an honorable game was against rychen.
Over the course of many years i have probably played over 600 games or so and out of that i would have to say 400 of those game i would report as honorable 15 i would have a neutral standpoint and the rest as terrible games where i had a sneaking suspicision about a player or he was overly loud and rude whatever the reason.
Honorable games = enjoyable and fair Neutral games= just a dull game averagely fair and dishonorable games = annoying pests that blag too much about this "kick ass RELIC" they got on a map that has no relics or just one and its guarded or where u look back at the saves and wonder how in the hell did he manage to beat this with this amount of troops available or Just a game where u generally feel cheated.
I expected most players to go up in honor, simply because most addicts will be honorable, and those addicts will be prominent on the rankings page.
Most of the negative honor comes directly from unreported loss penalties, and certain dispute/honor council issues. If you see a player with 'poor or disgraceful' honor, stay clear of them.

Hmmm then I screwed up. I marked my game with ZUD as honorable. Every time I play that B@$t@rd I can never figure out how he does the amazing things he manages to do in our games. According to Mad this is dishonorable
