I read the thread name and I thought you wanted help because you were from Russia...Then I thought, fair enough, but what has that got to do with HoMM Sorry mate, can't help you. You might want to HCM some of the experienced HoMM players or even a moderator.

As far as I know, it's not possible to edit 3d models... You can change stats (you don't need any programs for that, except notepad) and recolour textures (ask VokialBg about how that's done), but I don't think you can change the models themselves
