There's something bugging me about the walking  could you post a continuing animation of the walking of the pirate so I can see if I see wrong or if I am correct?

I see it too. maybe it's 2 different animations.
it looks good, but I'm not sure it fits heroes 3 graphic style.

Emmm...Ranger actually I think that no projects are complete and no projects are downloadable(I had the same question when I came to this forum ).
Oh oly Bastion is near completation,I think.
(^I don't even know if there is such a word )

Ok, so: about the modding progress.
AFAIK we have Marid completed and Marid Vizier (Regnan high-level flying unit) also almost done. The same for Leviathan and Imperial Leviathan.
Secondly: the bios and pictures for Vori's heroes are completed. Cepheus is now working on Regnan heroes.
Third thing: the plot is in progress, there will be at least 3 new campaigns (as I heard about them something more than they are intended to be created). Their titles are "Eilief's Exile", "Fires on the North", "Triumph of Death".
Fourth one: the line-ups are also almost done.
Fifth: changes will also concern the music (almost done) and - possibly - the castles' backgrounds.
Sixth: there will be some new objects on the map, neutral units and artifacts.
That's all I can say in the name of the whole team and my own. Hope this teaser will make you more curious about it 
The matter is that Vori is really difficult to create since JVC didn't tell us very much about it. Also to complete it basing only on M&M's and HoM&M's infos would make a real mess - ice elves and snow goblins? Not to mention about the Ice Hydras? (which was also some idea?)
It can take a long time - trust us, we're not going ONLY to release two more castles. We are trying to add something that will cooperate with the complexity of this beautiful world's plot and reality (we have even plot and world consultants  ).
