Why dead if all resources was done?  Only cannon is needed. I have it but must fit to size. All rest was done.
Only connect it and abilities programming. I can only add old from other mods. Maybe Zeryss or Acidchalk can build new ones based on vcmi engine? If I will know abilities I would make stats ballance and its all.
We are building a lot of cities the same time earth, regna, court, "cathedral" and others. So no only one.

Still players don't have working mods with town/fort icons, with proper building names, with balance and heroes customisation. So I assume that nobody is interesting with polishing mod and releasing 1.0 version.

It will get done, think of this as a living community project hehe, if anyone wants to contribute to stats and balance request we can totally update it. We're working on converting quite a few at the same time, so when one burns us out we switch to another one so that we have a fresh focus. Like i stopped recently and we back and made a boat load of custom cannons and harpoons and warmachines for a bunch of the towns, i don't know if zeryss uploaded them. I also fixed the siege screen on court not too long ago.

Pink pixels need to be fixed. Frames must be inverted by horizontal line. And def must be compiled as Creature, not a Hero animation.

Thanks for all your opinions. Hero def is automaticaly. I corrected it and frames. But whats with pink? Dont understand.
I think that graphic is complete. Only small corrections. First now is programming. Unut abilities. I dont know what is possible in VCMI.

What about other graphics:?

1. There's no Regna-villiage and Regna-Capitol defs on the adventure map.
2. There's no creature dwellings on the adventure map.
3. There's no town icons with and without 'X' when we built sth inside the town
4. Yellow borders don't fit the graphic in few cases.
5. Missing hero defs on the map and on the battlefield.
6. Missing some frames int town hall view.

And what about Missing biographies, buildings names, town names. Stats? Cost? Dependencies? Have you ever talked about it? I guess zeryss can program all of this, but he hasn't any informations.

Its not a common?

... Its not a graphic. But its not needed to gameplay. I can do only names. Bio must be correctly english :-)

I cant ballanced stats if I dont know abilities! First I must know what units can.

Ok,
1. Rats poison like HIV 20% chance works 3 rounds.  1 damage per rat
up. rats the same 20% chance. 2 damage per rat.
2. Pirate 10% chance to second attack.
up. 20% the same
3. Arcbaletess the same like pirate but ranged.
4. Triton 10/20% chance to second counterattack.
5. Mage 10/20% chance for  thunderbolt to ranged damage. eg. 15 per mage.
6. Genie 10/20% chance to second move. Strike and return.
7. Seamonster 50/100% chance to remove damages in counterattack. Enemy gives 50/0 % damages. Its not like nagas!
All units 20/40% resistance to water magic.

Of course very good quality image. If you have more buildings this style new town is possible. Regna is big and can have a lot of factions like Vori.
