Seer's huts can only give money, experience points or creatures as reward. All other rewards are "custom made".

Stronghold, which provides Ammo Carts, can also create Ballistae in the Ballista Yard.

So? All of them belong to a group whose health is 10% of their gold cost. 
I'm sure that is the answer.
