What's your best score even in HoMM3?
Mine is 488 on the map "Meeting in Muzgob"
What's yours? If you don't remember, just look at the hall of fame and tell me.

I don't remember the score, but I got Archangel rank on Key to Victory (not much of an accomplishment  , but I went 9-2 on that map on Impossible, losing only with Necro vs. Necro and Inferno against Castle, I think). On a map with Normal map difficulty, I haven't played much on Expert or Impossible, and I know my high scores got cleared since I last did (I had to reinstall H3), but on Hard I've gotten into the 260s, I think.

...hmm, you may think it does, but personally I believe that scores mean very little...its who you mange to beat in a fair match that counts...

The highest score you can get at all is 500. 622 is IMPOSSIBLE. Maybe you made a typo? Or you meant campaign?

I recently got a giant rating (don't now the numerical rating) in Eternal Love Campaign....Should have been an Archangle rating but I was playing without artifacts due to a bug

Oh, hey yeah so now I remember that you have told me about the score and that you could not get the Archangel rating. Poor Hexa.
BTW my highest score's 496 playing the Lone Knight map. [Pssst, Hexa, don't laugh and :-X, LoL  ] The more castles you conquer and building the Grail will yield higher score I guess.

you get 25 points for finding the grail, and 25 points for conquering all castles and defeating all enemies.
The remaining 200 points are assigned based on how quickly you finished the map in proportion to how many castles are on it.
Then that score is multiplied by the difficulty percentage.

Key to Victory is a small map that comes with RoE - map difficulty Easy. You have a nearly identical set-up on both sides of the map (blocked off by Border Guards) - with four exceptions:
1) You have a Prison with Adela and 5 Angels.
2) All the Keymasters' Tents are on your side.
3) The enemy town is not allowed to get Fly or Dimension Door. You can get it.
4) The Grail is ALWAYS on your side of the map. If I'd known that sooner I'd have just been digging for it and not attacked the enemy until I had it for a few weeks when I lost those two on Impossible (I think I lost one on Expert too).

Dont remember my best score but my rank was Arcangel.
BTW If you want to get high score you should play on Imposible skill

Well I played it on Impossible and there're 8 players and 48 castles. And I finished it pretty fast so it's no wonder I could get that high of a score.
Try to play the Lone Knight map and you'll see what I mean. Even a friend who took roughly twice as long still could get 492. I guess I am too good, LoL. JK!

Oh you can download it from the AW site (www.astralwizard.com) or www.H3Trio.com. Just enter the name of the map the Lone Knight. Beware though, the map's rated Impossible for a very good reason. It's a SoD map, though.
It always pays to play aggressively, especially in that map because after certain time the AI's will catch up with you. Well, just give a map a try and see it for yourself when you get plenty of time if you have SoD.
