He's referring to tower damage I think.
The max base damge would be 6, but there might be an exception. The damage doesn't always follow the formula and it may depend on the exact build order.
This also doesn't take into account things like the air shield bug.

Isn't there a bug with stone skin similar to air shield? So the towers actually do more damage?

I would say around 30 with armorer specialist, expert armorer, expert air shield cast and with 3 arrow towers and the castle firing twice after waiting and then during the new turn.

is silo a "structure"? i think it's "upgrade" of marketplace therefore doesn't influence on damage...am i right?
