Problem getting on to HC
I'm on another user on my family's computer, that's why I can post. I tried to change my password in my Profile. I clicked Submit, and it said "the password does not match." Now, whenever I try to open HC on my user, I get that message, and cannot get to HC. Please help me, I want to be able to use HC!
Just to clarify- Whenever I try to open the HC main page, or any page related to it, I get the message -"Sorry, but your password didn't match." That is all that displays, and there's no way to get on to HC. Again- I am on another user on my computer, that's why I can post!

Try the ''forgot your password'' and check if you make some mistakes always!

No, whenever I type in "www.heroescommunity.com" into the address bar, that message comes up, and that's all. I can't get on to HC!
Never mind, I fixed it! Somehow I got onto the avatar list page, and from there was able to log out, and log back in! "And there was much rejoicing!"
Mods: You can delete this thread now. Sorry.

I just want to bring this back up because I think I know what your problem may have been.
Don't put www in front of the address. For some reason HC doesn't like it. From now on put it in this format: http://heroescommunity.com

having 2 account problem
That member, TheMystrus is my account too, you can delete it, i've had problems with my password and username, but now i have found this, you may delete TheMystrus. They're both on same e-mail, but still doesn't give me the password to the previous...
