My own alternative upgrades

I know they've been announcing that, so I'm just writing this for fun. It's not very complete as what I have now in my mind is so scarce... Enjoy (if you do).

Sylvan
Pixie -> Leprechaun
Tomboyish-looking fairies, with green short-sleeved shirt and skirts and a green top hat. They have shorter hair decorated with four-leaved clovers instead of flowers. They attack with green light ray.
Luck cannot drop below +1
Their luck can help them decrease the damage they receive from physical attacks (just like how luck works in H4) The higher their luck the greater the chance.

Hunter -> Brigand
Shady shooters hiding in the grove, the face covered with balaclava mask to show only their eyes, these brigands hunt between the woods not for prey, but for hapless victims that they rob everything from. They are so agile that they can wield their bow and daggers at the same time.
No Double shot
No Melee Penalty
Can shoot even with enemies adjacent to them.
When they do a ranged attack with an enemy adjacent to them, Brigands attack their target and this enemy at the same time, dealing half the normal damage to both.

Druid -> Beastmaster
Wearing hides from wolves they command, these druids know how to manipulate nature in a different way. Instead of commanding elemental forces, they exploit wildlife to their own aids.
No shooter, much better at melee and possess more health
Cast Endurance
Summon wolves

Necropolis
Zombie -> Flayed Zombies
Pretty much like the Flayed ones in Warhammer 40000, these creatures wear the skin they peel off from the enemies they have defeated, and are armed with steel craws. Their frenzy of attacking also make them perfect damage dealer.
No enraged and disease, lower initiative (7/8, i forgot)
Frenzy - their attack takes them only half the ATB bar.
Skinning - can skin from an enemy's corpse. When they did, all the troops that is the same kind of creatures as the skinned is in the battlefield suffer -2 morale. Can stack with Banshee Howl.

Vampire -> Nosferatu
same name, but different skills.
Whenever they attack, they do not perform ranged or melee attack, but they activate a skill that damages all enemies in the battlefield, sucking their health to restore theirs. (like the creatures of "all" attack type in Disciple II) Their retaliation does not affect the whole party, so it's much weaker.

that's all I have now. I'll add more if I have more ideas later on.

Sorry this idea is to gay for me. Leprechauns are lousy units to begin with. Dryads are a much better alternative. Leprechauns were probably the worst units in Heroes IV and I hope they never see the light of day again.
