Help: How can I open .dds files?
I don't know any way to convert the image files of Heroes V ,is it ".dds" file type ? I really want to make a mod by useing photoshop but the photoshop can't read that file, do you have anyway? .That's all , someone help me ? Thank you very much.

Hey Hey, you you.
You'll need a program to convert .dds to Photoshop files. EDIT: Found it: Here I will describe it:
It features a person with black hair and a blue outfit and background as its icon. It is called smiply "DDScv"
You extract the .DDS file, and use this program to convert it into photoshop (or .jpeg, .png, etc) and then open the file. Edit, convert back with the same program, and then put it into the HV folder.
what are you trying to do?
EDIT: If this version does not work, let me know and I will email you the files I do have.

That never worked for me. Still, my Photoshop is REALLY old. I need to install programs put out after the great depression.

The dds photoshop plugin works correctly on CS2. I second Gnoll_Mage's suggestion to use it, if you can.
