Mine have been ultra pains since the day they moved into the neighborhood.
My definition of a "pain in the ass" neighbor would mean something like they are always out of something and constantly borrowing from me, or whoops they picked up my mail instead of theirs.
Inconveniences NOT problems. LOL
Mine were clearly PROBLEMS. And that is probably an understatement.
I am just ridiculously elated that it wont be long until they take their ghetto selves and their drama elsewhere.
