...hmm, maybe I did it wrong, but if you have 12 toppigs, can't you have a total of 479.001.600 different arrangements? ...hmm, actually that seems a big large...maybe I did something wrong

Well, the way to do it would be:
12 C 1 (pronounced "12 choose one")
+
12 C 2
+
12 C 3
.
.
.
12 C 12
Of course, I forgot how to do that, since I haven't had a math class in about a year, and I've forogtten all I've learned. I know there's a simple formula to solve these.

It seems I have to save RMS from drowning under a huge pile of Pizzas. He'll still be buried, but will hopefully make it alive.
So solution to your Pizza problem...
# of extras # of variants
0 1 (There is only one plain pizza without extras)
1 12 (There was 12 different extras so this is simple too)
2 66 (This is 12*11/1*2)
3 220 (12*11*10/1*2*3)
4 495 (12*11*10*9/1*2*3*4)
5 792 (I hope you see the pattern by now)
6 924
7 792
8 495
9 220
10 66
11 12 (This is lacking one extras...)
12 1 (There's only one Pizza with everything.)
Then you add all this together....
It adds up to 4096, whic also happens to be 2 exp 12 ( = 2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2 ).
If you have 8 extras it adds up 2 exp 8, which is 256.
The only problem I can see is getting the pizza-man to understand your order.

...I still don't get it. Sorry, but I've never heard of a form of mathematics actually called "High Maths"
...I kinda figured that there were different types of high maths, or is this a combination of various sorts?
hehe, oh well...all I hope is that I make it out of Calc I/II alive, and go on to III and IV...hmm, nevermind...actually I'de prefer to take Statistics next year...it'de probably help me out int he long run...gee, I wish I was better in math...I guess I'm just not a math person
