Yup, just explore the map and you'll find them all. The last one is right below the town of Blue, which is your final mission goal.

I completed it with all goldmines

I completed it at 12:29 p.m.
(I live in America,so I don't have the same time period as most you guys)

Kujin and Arantir become friends.Kujin has a dream where Arantir is the spider Goddess.If you get all gold mines you get +10000 gold next mission.If that happens you start with 90000 gold.

She has a vision where she sees that Arantir is Asha's Spider. Not that he's the spider Goddess  .

Does Raelag or Isabel show up?
do elves play a role in the campaign?

Raelag doesn't show up. Isabel does. The Dark Elves play a small role in the storyline but the Sylvan elves are a complete no show.

I didn't use Puppet master I just had a bigger army
And Raelag is in the east - And yes in HoF He was told to go to the east but I think he is there for another reason.
So Raelag is some where else, doing something... Unknown. But Isabell is still back and she also kills Biara with a Implosion .. Very great scene..
Gotai and Wulfstan will maybe become great friends. Since they like each others humor. Freyda is going to marry Duncan - And Freyda will be the queen of the Griffin empire! . Hurray!! And the demons still have the messiah . and Arantir left to get the skull. And Lord Menelag (the guy who will raise the demon messiah, Sareth) is out there to. HoMM6 will be great!!!

I would love the nagas but a sky faction? What would it be, like garudas or something. Th Academy is in the sky, but you probably meant things that live in it. Anyway, nagas would be monarchial right (ruled by royalty)?

It seems that no faction has been monarchial before. By that, I mean no faction is like a hive with a queen. SO your saying they'd be ruled by the females. That seems too Dungeon.

I meant matriarchal as in ruled by strong female leaders, not supposedly led by women, despite the fact that they all seem to be prostitutes. This is not matriarchy, this is sexist visual gratification for perverted gamers who need to stop masturbating at dancing Blood Elf Females in WOW and actually meet some girls.

Ha, I never thought of that before. I guess zehir might have messed up (markal was powerful) or his essence coalesced into the skull as a prison. Ahah, maybe Zehir didn't incinerate him, maybe he just imprisoned him?
