Masquerade OOC
Most of you should be familiar with the Vampire: The Masquerade world... For those that aren't, it's a pretty deep FRP system from the White Wolf studios, embodied in games such as Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.
I won't bore you with details on history, since it's QUITE elaborate, and you can always look it up for yourselves if you're really interested. I'll just give you the basic info.
BASIC, BASIC, BASIC STORYLINE
The vampires are divided in two main factions - the Camarila and the Sabbat.
The Camarila are an organized hidden society of vampires that stretches throughout the entire world. It's power is largely decentralized, so every city has its own Camarila, governed by its Prince. They live under strict codes and rules, in order not to be seen and hunted by humans. They have invented the Masquerade system - that no vampire can, under any circumstances, reveal themselves, butcher innocents on mass scales, draw attention to his/her powers, and "embrace" (create) a new vampire without the Prince's approval.
The Camarila is divided into several clans. I'll tell you more about that later.
The Sabbat on the other hand are a brutal sect which possibly drives its roots from a medieval death cult. They are the main competition of the Camarila and they skirmish and battle constantly. They are vicious, dangerous and an ever present threat to both humans and non-Sabbat.
Many other creatures exist in the world, of course - werewolves, ghosts, even mummies... They all need to be watched and dealt with carefully.
CAMARILA CLANS
Instead of posting all pictures and text here, I think it's better to simply give links to pages where the clans are best described.
So:

Gangrel (Outlanders)

INDEPENDENTS
There are also unaligned, independent clans and vampires which mostly serve neither the Camarila nor the Sabbat. They can of course join one of these organizations, or remain neutral.

Ravnos (Nomads)
Giovanni (Necromancers)
Assamite (Assassins)
Salubri (the Enlightened)
Those are the most prominent clans in the world. Just go ahead and pick 
SETTING
The game takes place in Boston.
You make your own stories, as always. There isn't any main story for now, though maybe something will happen later. You may intertwine with the stories of others however you like. Classic.
USEFUL FACTS
-Garlics and similar are completely harmless for a vampire. Crosses and other holy objects only if they are used by a powerful holy person. A stake in the heart only paralyzes the vampire, without killing it.
-However, sunrise is what kills a vampire instantly. Fire and shotgun bullets in the head are also quite unpleasant.
-A Camarila vampire will always try to maintain his humanity, lest the beast inside takes over. A vampire loses a part of his or her humanity whenever he or she butchers an innocent or dries an innocent dry of blood.
-Vampires are dead, first and foremost. They have no pulse and they don't have to feed, except on blood.
-Vampires can survive on blood of animals. Though it tastes like ****.
-If a vampire feeds his blood to a human, that human becomes a ghoul - a more powerful mortal which then serves the vampire. However a vampire needs to be quite powerful in order to have more ghouls.
-Violating the Masquerade will draw unwanted attention of vampire hunters.
-Violating laws will draw unwanted attention of the police
-Vampires and werewolves hate each other. However they don't meet that often, since vampires prefer cities, and werewolves rural areas to dwell in.
That's about it... You can sign up now. Just put up a basic description of your character (including which clan it belongs to).

Question: Is it need to have vampire char to be part of this RP, or I can be the nasty vampire killer in the town?
Impression: Hmmm I just notice that all Anarchy guys are interest of vampires.

You mean a vampire hunter?
Sure, why not. Just make sure that the vampires don't start hunting you
But we can have a maximum of 2 or 3 vampire hunter players. We don't want everyone being a vampire hunter, and no vampires around, do we?
Example sheet - my character:
Name: Esenin
Clan: Malkavian
Gender: Male
Clan Power: Contagious Insanity (allows the Malkavian to affect mortals and sometimes even vampires with his/her madness - through conversation or in combat)
Biography: No one really knows Esenin's real name or past. After the embrace, the insane Malkavian blood affected his mind which was probably already on the verge of insanity, causing complete amnesia in his mind. What he remembers now of his mortal days, mostly comes from the visions he gets in sudden flashbacks. The only thing that he remembered perfectly was poetry, mostly by the Russian writer Sergei Esenin - the reason everybody calls him that.
Now, years after his embrace, he has managed to put together some pieces of the puzzle. He seems to remember he dealt with explosives and is quite good at using weapons and even fists; but as of yet he doesn't know where he learned that. He is also inexplicably familiar with mythology and occultism. All that would have certainly granted him a high-ranking place in the Boston Camarila, if it wasn't for his Malkavian unpredictability. As it is now, he is simply a regular member of the clan, called occasionally to help with fulfilling a specifically hard mission.
Characteristics: Talks to himself (which is rather common for the Malkavians though), Shaded past, Flashbacks (remembers things from his past here and there - sometimes useful, sometimes completely useless), Firearms, unarmed and explosive proficiency, Poetic, Mythological education
Something like that.

I'd like to play,but unfortunately I'm not familiar with rules in forum RPG's  Is there a way for me to find explanations of these?
Anyway I would be Gangrel,my favorite I'll put a character sheet as soon as I find rules...

No rules.
It's about writing posts like short stories, intertwining with other characters, and later, when it appears, contributing on your side for the final quest.
There aren't any numerical rules like in tabletop FRPs (I've tried that once, didn't work out on the forum). The abilities and characteristics are there as options for the posts. Of course, posts should be realistic and, above all, fun to read.
Check out other RPs on the forum, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Is it legal to have more than one character? I would like to have both a vampire and a werewolf (if that's legal).

Clan: Brujah
Gender: Male
Clan Power: (Baklava, help me! )
Biography: Demogorgon was a goth before he were embraced (and still is). He were attacked just after having killed a man for fun, and after weeks of pain he were embraced. He were used as a spy, and assasin, because of his ability to fit into the shadows and stay hidden.
Characteristics: Very silent, except when angry. He hates weapons, and believe in brutal killing with his own hands, legs and teeth. Demogorgon is good at martial arts, and can move without a sound and with ease. His weakness, though, is when he is to fight someone that's armed.
Ok? I also need help with the clan power  Oh yeah, a picture

Well, the picture doesn't really fit in the Brujah clan, but ok. Brujah also don't use assassins a lot. The way you described him, he completely fits the Nosferatu clan (along with the appearance ), but ok, it's your choice.
It hadn't crossed my mind that someone would play with two characters. I don't know. If you can keep up with both, why not.
Brujah clanpower is Bravery, they are fearless even for vampire standards. It is quite hard to scare a Brujah, so anything horrifying has no effect. In addition, your brawling skills reduce your penalty when you fight unarmed against armed people.

Clan Power: Mind Control (the way I understand it, they can 'convince' people to do things. Vampire Hypnotism? )
Biography: Born in southern Louisiana, she grew up in a wealthy but large family. Most of her siblings were spoiled brats, but she wanted nothing to do with the money. So she managed to leave her home town and start a new life in Boston. One of the local Princes took a fancy to her, and turned her, but after a few years grew bored of her. She is enjoying her new life, despite being somebody who once wanted nothing to do with prestige and wealth.
Characteristics: Curious about a lot of things. Self Confident. She has really taken a liking to the ability to convince people to do things. Growing up in the Bayou (hope I spelled that correctly) she has knowledge of survival. During her time with the Prince, she learned a wide variety of computer skills, including hacking. Very fast learner, but a bit naive still.
Advantages : Computer Savy, Survival, Contacts (high society contacts), Wealth, and Cooking.
Disadvantages : Naive (for now), Young (her vampire powers are still developing), Clan Blacksheep (not many in the clan want much to do with her right now), and stubborness.
Is this ok?

Yes the glade is sadly quiet  . Too bad too, one of my favorite things is Roleplaying. Mega was hot for awhile, but a lot of people just lost interest . Anyhow, willing to put forth my effort to this .

Yeah! I'm the priest guy:
Name: Callahan
Race: Human
Class: Priest
A little about him: After 20 years of scaning the Christianity, he become a priest in his native town. The town was slowly "infected", finally all surviving citizens were turned to vampires. The city was burned. Callahan flied to an old wood near Boston (the story is there, right?). Now he live in a cave in the same wood.
Weapons - crucifixes, icons and lamp, God's name, etc...
Special power - No one knows them, but someone believe, that Callahan is blessed by God for his "work", the sceptics think that he is just old crazy guy, however only Callahan know about his powers and probably God. (This powers will come with RP progress, if they really exist)
