It's hard to do that indeed but it's still the same and anyways I was talking about a per total analisis for the Light Magic not for the ressurection spell.I just said that is the most powerful one-it's only my opinion I doesn't bother me if you have another.

Another Dark-magic voter.

Prefer offense ahead of defense. Sure, a frenzy or puppeteer might be cleansed... but that is still one turn where your opponent danced to your tune. Afterall, he didn't cast whatever spell or spells that he built his army on, but was instead forced to counter your spell.

Sure, that's very reliable since 50% is not such bad odds. After all, provided you get enough resources and skip building dwellings for high tier creatures or defenses or even the capital you can pull it of during the first week. All you need is an Expert in Summoning (gotta love XP obelisks) and a bit of luck to get Conjure Phoenix and not Arcane Armour (not that good since you won't have that many creatures by week 2 with a shiny level 5 mage guild).

Oh and 35 mana points is nothing, especially if your main hero is a Necromancer or a Warlock (yeah, I'm being sarcastic).

Actually dark is 10x better suited to battling greater odds than light is. Currently 17dark 11light. Imagine a battlefield with us 17darks vs you poor light users. The whole thing would be over in a few turns after you all kill eachother.

Well if the light users are inept, Then yes that will happen.
However puppet master is a high level spell, Frenzy will get teleported to hit you instead and theres always cleansing,cleansing,cleasing and thats not even counting anti-magic
However when your talking 17 vs 11 i mean its unfairly outnumbered, But they could win if the ATB mess goes their way

That being said theres lots of perks to counter dark, Literally im thinking 3-5 with dwarven luck as a top one. And if your even thinking a battlefield with massive amounts of creatures for 11 light users x 7 and 17 dark users x7 then the light ones will own if all the creatures are at slightly above standard for light

Since we're talking about cookies I don't think any arguments are valid.
Fresh cookies that have been laid out at night. With a cup of dark chocolaty magic mmmmmm!

As a minor note:
Cleansing is AOE, mass slow isn't.
Light has deflect missiles, dark has mass confusion which is much more effective.
I haven't forgotten about frenzy-->teleport but since you're wasting time trying to cleanse all these mass spells (or worse no cleansing and casting you mass spells) there's window of opportunity (and more dark heroes) to cast at will.

Dark!!
Dark and destructive is better when fighting creeps with little army.
But in really endgame only light and dark is good.
(Sure phenix good but against 500 pala nah, Destructive lose it importance in late game, unless yu´re a warlock)

My vote goes for Dark... I like destructive... it is good, but only playing warlock, I guess...

And weakness, suffering, slow, etc... are pretty good with any hero

Wrong.

The Archangel's resurrection spell is completely different from the hero's. For one, it resurrects 100HP for each Archangel, and for another, it doesn't reduce the unit's HP by 10% like resurrection does.

I still say Dark kicks Light's ass any time

- Light is only effective when you have a large army, whereas dark is effective any time, no matter your opponent's army. Ever seen that clip where one with only 6 cerberi killed off 478 orso Archi Devils by using Dark Magic? Not a chance Light Magic can do that.
- Mass Confusion = ownage, cleansing only has an area effect.
- Frenzy / Puppetmaster force you to counter instead of buff you troops. If not, your buffed troops will annihalate themselves.
- Magical Immunity is a joke. Sure, cant puppet anymore, but you can't buff them anymore either. Magical Immunity is in that sense designed for might heroes.
- Resurrection won't be a life saver, it weakens your troops.
- Mass Decay is awesome x3

I'm not saying Light Magic is bad Just that Dark kicks its ass any day. At least in my opinion.
