Hmm is it technically a perk though? As this is about perks. Are the racial skills considered perks? If so, yes, it is a heck of a perk. So is Might over Magic.

Catapult: Goodbye castle walls(leads to brimstone rain)
Master of Wrath: Haste rigthus might
Scouting: I rarely take this but anyway, U can see numbers!! (and of course silent stalker)
