1: Where is it I put these files ? in usermod map right?
2: If I Download ALL of the screen things how do I change them?

Is it possible to open the necropolis flyby file and replace the music file for the necropolis theme from Heroes 3? ( I already have it in .ogg format). 
I already tried but I couldn't change the file back into .h5u, it remained as .zip. Am I doing something wrong?

Well .h5u files ARE .zip files, you just need to rename it

This mod doesn't work too on 3.1 version. On my 1152x864 resolution.

mamga is right, these Mods do not work in 3.1 properly. For some reason they altered the UI coordination system, and the buttons are all messed up with this Mod.
Unfortunately I don't know of any updates for 3.1 to these mods.

Well that explains. The menus seem to be messed up. Not sure if you can do anything about that.

Is it possible to make a static background using my own images? As I found some cool ones on the gold edition bonus DVD which I would like to use.
I tried:
-Using an image
-Scaled it to correct ratio
-Saved as .dds (does the type of .dds matter?)
-I then changed the line
<Texture href="/UI/H5A2/PWL/Pwl_C2.(Texture).xdb#xpointer(/Texture)"/> in the Background.(BackgroundSimpleTexture).xdb file in UI folder to
<Texture href="/UI/Imagename.dds.(Texture).xdb#xpointer(/Texture)"/>
All this did was leave a black screen as the background. Any ideas how I would add my own Image?

I unleashed my modding skills in order to enchant the classic menu of HoM&M 5 with the one of the inside-town flying animations of the Conflux Town!
