Just a quick comment.
In many of the contests around here people drop out when they feel they have no chance of winning. The purpose of a contest is as much about showing what you can do as it is about winning. So be sure to enter this round and show us what you've got.
And please keep in mind that it's not as much fun for the people who continue, when others start dropping out. Also keep in mind that there are people who WANT to see your entries, even if you don't win. Just because you don't win doesn't mean you have no talent.
The real winners are the ones who don't give up. OK, so that's a cliche, but it's still true.

For some of us, it is not about winning or loosing. For instance, I feel my best work was already posted. Anything else I post in the contest will not be as good. My current entry I already posted in the My Stuff thread. Sad to say for me it is about inspiration, and currently I don't have that passion, that spark, the inspiration.

hehe, as some of you know, I won't give up. I feel that for me making music, there is always improvement to be made. I find pleasure in doing this kind of 'work' as I like to call it.
I love doing what I do in regards to music, and I don't think I can stop, even though I have told a member here that I might do so numerous times.
This contest and some other things has given me some new inspiration for making some new and better music.
So, I would like to say thanks to Guitarguy, DM, This Contest, and a friend of mine (who does not come here), for the inspiration.

Actually Daystar's last entry was really great this time, maybe even rivaling baklava. However, if (as a tiebreaker) we look at all their entries baklava easily takes the win imo.
