It is not easy to achieve it as it looks like. Scholar, university, hut add +1 skill level. Here she has -1 skill level. It is not so funny, but it is strange situation indeed.

Well, from what i see i am almost sure this is Balance. And on balance you dont expect spells higher than level 2 in pandoras.

This situation can happen when you level up and in the same moment your opponent leaves game. Then you gain the level but are not allowed to improve a skill or pick a new one.

It's WoG, Secret Skills are only awarded when leveling up  (AFAIK).

Funny can mean 2 things. Something you laugh about or something that is strange. Most of the pictures in this thread is from the last category.
Fank is totally right about how this situation occured.
Whats laugheble here is, that what you see is my army after the main battle. In other words he was crushed and left in dispair . Havent even reported yet.
And yes, it is balance.

Thats possible only if he is not having tactics, nor expert haste or slow.

He had exp earth and 80 lizard warriors, but was completly outshot. He left when i had killed 60 and he had only killed 3 mages. Had he stayed to the end i wouldnt have lost much more, a slowed fortres army is really slow and he had a weak dessa with no off, armor or archery.
