EDIT: Just finished reading the update. Cool! And I am confused. If I'm correct then those three are Omega, Topaz and the Nightlord? Petrified?

If I had to guess all three focused their powers and the locking of weapons caused something like the clash of the sword of frost and armageddon's blade - Just frosty and on a lesser scale

History:
Ceres was left for dead after the brutal murder of all members of her family. She was assaulted repeatedly next to the dead bodies all night, which had inflicted psychological trauma to her, making her suicidal. An old wizard from a nearby village accepted the responsibility of taking care of her after the massacre and made her an apprentice. There, the wizard doesn’t only teach her arcane arts but also ethics but most of all, how to value life. Her favorite activity is to spend time with her mentor and play with her familiar, Sweetness – a black panther. When she was 18, her mentor had an inevitable conflict with another rival wizard. The event ended the wizard’s life and the rival not satisfied with just death burned their home including all of his work leaving Ceres only with his mentor’s familiar – an Earth Elemental. After the misfortune, Ceres left the village and wandered alone. She gets a living from being a mercenary.

Time to move on. I've had him since the start of the game and this is a fitting end to the character. Also, he and Topaz won't be coming back because if they are brought back, the seal will fail. Besides, he was becomming almost too powerful.

Maybe. I'm hoping we can get some new blood in this game and we won't have a glut of npcs.
If I had to pick a main now, it'd be Onyx. I've always liked him.

Oh yeah. What a contrast! We have:
1) A paranoid warrior trying to unravel a chicken conspiracy.
2) A rune master who's ego and tactlessness knows no limits.
3) An old man with an atomic deathray-firing cane, a suped up cadillac, who's super powers revolve around "what's wrong with kids these days."
Gotta love the diversity.
