Yes to both. There are non-Pokemon non-human lifeforms in the Pokemon world. I'm ruling that it's just very unusual to find anything larger than, say, a human hand, as the Pokemon have obviously out-competed the non-Pokemon, and most of those are bugs, bacteria, and the occasional fish. Biggest exceptions would be the plantlife, with trees. So yes there are vermin removal services. There are probably removal services for unwanted Pokemon too, but their methods would differ.

I am unsure how long it takes to heal, so she'll estimate time to travel to and from, heal all the pokemon, a couple minutes to find the healing machine, and a few minutes more.
