AlkarRahn said: Well, the refresher is useful. I didn't remember this thing.
Unless I'm mis-remembering, the last time we fought a Shadow Pokemon in a Rage was that Tyrasin in the Spectral Dimension, and Gnomes and gorman haven't fought any at all. So quite a while.
And I guess gorman still hasn't, but don't worry; there will be other opportunities soon enough.

The Shadowing or the Rage? Plain Shadowing IS a bit tedious, this is why the NPCs keep mentioning the Purification Chamber, the cologne, the relics you can dig up, etc. All those things will help speed the process up.
The Rage has some...other consequences but those aren't going to be immediately obvious.

I'm going to spell this out since I don't think it will be obvious:
<This is 'private' telepathy.>
>This is 'public' telepathy.<
'Public' means whoever is using it is broadcasting to anyone who can hear them, with no attempt to keep it quiet.
'Private' means the telepathic speaker is only broadcasting to entities of their choosing. It is possible to 'eavesdrop' if the eavesdropper's Special Attack is sufficiently higher than the Special Defense of the 'speaker' so keep that in mind for later. For now though, just know that Kirlia's only talking to Mark at the moment.
Also, this may go without saying, but Dark Pokemon can't hear or be heard by telepathy without Miracle Eye or similar assistance. It's a psychic power, they're immune to psychic powers, so yeah.
EDIT: Almost forgot! About 4 more hours until we're caught up with gorman.

What if it's a psychic///dark type!?
Also, keep me waiting as long as necessary. I often feel like I'm rushing things along at an unwanted pace. As I seem to post much faster than everyone else

It's not that you post too fast; it's that everyone else is posting too slow.
If it's a Psychic/Dark type then you have less worries about eavesdropping. The immunity will trump the Special Attack/Special Defense check (unless the eavesdropper has Miracle Eye as before) They can also allow other Psychic types to talk to them despite the Dark typing, you just aren't going to detect or speak to them unless they want to be detected/spoken to. Essentially getting the advantages of both types. They're double-weak to Bug AND Spectral type moves, so they need the help.

As you don't have any Psychic type Pokemon yet and Psychic/Dark types are kind of unusual, don't worry about it. Gnomes is the one who has to get used to it.
Edit:
FINALLY! I've been sitting on the Teleport rules since the Shatterhigh Mountains. @_@ Maybe even before that.
And gorman you don't have any Teleporters either, so don't worry about the Teleport rules right now.

I promise to abuse this connection to its full potential. Because I know that the MOMENT Kirlia gets knocked out, I'm going to fail that 25% roll and be KO'd for the entire battle.

I'm considering that, my other top picks are:
Pecha – free Antidotes
Oran – not as much healing as Sitrus but they grow faster
Nilla – neutralize at least one use of enemy Smokescreen
Tanga – most of us just got Spectral Pokemon with a double-weakness to Bug moves
Liechi - they're really rare and I only have one.

I can't; Matt's not there. And won't be for a few hours yet.
That said, I don't object to growing someone else's, so Gnomes/Alkar if you want Mina to grow one of yours you think will be useful, be sure to mention which one. My usual fee* will apply.
*Usual fee = if I grow it I get to keep one from the crop.

Use Matt's and you can keep 'em all and leave HIM one if you're feeling generous As Poffin's will only confuse and infuriate me so getting rid of berries will likely be my priorities at some point

Thought that once we get to the deshadowing bit, you could just auto things to get things moving so gorman could hop back in quicker. Not that all of my rolls will matter, due to the possibility of Rage, but still. Go as far as it'll go for the 10 rounds. Tail whip things equally.
10 rounds of deshadowing obedience:
