Well I was debating on traveling to Skybreak City along the eastern coast. Probably travel a half mile an hour, muttering to myself, sweating visibly, and looking over every little thing paranoid as all heck. Hope this will provide the information required.
Kareeah I'll probably just keep watching the Cosmas until something happens. Like... falling asleep.... Cosmas' leave... something else comes around.... May wait till sun up to continue onward.

Oh hey, a fire starter! I can’t wait to see how this one turns into a fire/fighting pokemon...

That would be a neat trick, all things considered.

Yup. Blaziken, Infernape, and Emboar. Plus some of their pre-evolutions.

It's been such a strong trend/ such a meme for pokemon Fire starters that some fans joke that Nintendo made a typo with Delphox's typing, and that the stage 2 evolution's wand was actually a baton.
That said, now I'm wondering just what the grass and water starters of this region look like...

I miss the gen 1 years of just plain fire.... the dual types just confused me as a kid. Especially when it came to stuff like.... This pokemon is weak to one of those moves because of type advantage but is also weak to it because of its other type...

Man, in gen 1 Charizard was Fire/Flying, and Ivesaur/ Venasaur was Grass/ Poison. So dual types have been here since the beginning... that said, Psychic types have been super nerfed since Gen 1. They aren’t super effective against literally half of everything, and have more weaknesses than themselves. Tattersail thinks this is BS.

And there is more than one evolutionary family of Ghost Pokémon, and some of those don’t have a secondary typing that is weak to Psychic, plus the bug with damage is fixed and there are more damaging Ghost attacks. And the entire Dark type exists! Hello immunity to Psychic moves!

*Tattersail is INCREDIBLY CROSS with this entire state of affairs! Clearly the universe just can't handle how awesome she deserves to be.*

Yes I know this was there since the beginning but let's be honest.... was there anything like there is today with a half weak /// half strong or immune to it ? I'm merely perplexed at it all! I'm sorry! Dang anxiety.... Hell.... if I remember anything about gen 1 dual types.... they were typically 2 types weak to some certain other types that would then obtain an x4 damage over them, which at the time was nuts. And the Psychic types in gen 1 were usually the fastest and had the highest special attack and could use just about any friggin TM, with a type like water for example, that they wanted making them almost OP! Any other pokemon that could learn a move that was super effective against a psychic type was just about guaranteed to be too slow to even hit them, much less attack first AND not die themselves! (Though I may be remembering gen one extremely different from the rest of you, again, sorry!)
Edit ~ I guess I deserve being attacked as I should have been more clear on how to search for the berries. Such as using the light off my pokedex to shine up into the tree for berries. Its weird to me to have sort of creative control over my character and the whole cause and effect thing. Like I don't want to step on the DM's toes. Ya know? Or am I missing something here... I can't tell lol

Minor point: the area you’re in is mostly grassland, trees aren’t a thing you’re going to be seeing in abundance.

Just FYI, I was planning to let you guys each pick one Pokémon out of the rescues to keep - Mina already caught the Serranix and the Vespiquen has a trainer, but the rest are up for grabs.

My backstory...oh...OH crap that's something I didn't write down in my journal for notes.... damnit... =.=
Edit 1 ~ Omg... I've been here 5 years and still haven't learnt my lesson!?!?! And that's just from checking the OoC section for my backstory... *facepalm*
Edit 2 ~ (after reading all the way back to post 245 in the IC thread) Ooooooo yeah... I wanted to be a smarty smart scientist person!.... And boy has that been foolish.... I'm sorry for getting in such a bummed out mood at times, damn anxiety... =.=
Edit 3 ~ Alright, I know its the DM's rules and all, I was under the impression that when a pokemon hatches from an egg they immediately get a pokeball. Sorry for my misunderstanding!

In the handhelds, they might, but in this game Pokeballs don't conjure themselves out of thin air, else there'd be no point in buying or selling them. More practically, if you wanted a bonus from (EX: ) a Luxury Ball or a Glitter Ball you'd have to re-catch them, which is needless tediousness.

Time for some disobedience rolls I take it? Mark is going to get completely buried in snow and die. This is how Mark dies. Not against Bandra, but trying to make part of his team usable.
