Those involved in the battle:
Misty:
You face down one of the guards and have your three Pokémon use their respective abilities.
Stripes uses Tail Whip!
All foes lose one level of Defense! ((remember, in Team Battles, some skills affect EVERY foe!  )).
Evan uses Growl!
All foes lose one level of Attack!
Hedge uses Scratch ((it doesn't learn Slash for a while...trust me, I should know, I love Sandshrews/Sandslashes!  ))
You aim at one of the Geodudes:
The foe's Geodude takes 2 points of damage!
It's not very effective...
Mina:
You aim at the same Geodude Misty's Sandshrew aimed at:
Sandshrew uses Scratch!
Critical hit!
The foe's Geodude takes 5 points of damage!
It's not very effective...
Draloed:
You aim at...well you get the idea! 
Sting uses Bite!
The foe's Geodude takes 5 points of damage!
The guards are visibly frustrated at the fact that your group is actually putting a dent on one of their Pokémon.
Dove then cries out:
"Chikorita! Razor Leaf one of the other Geodudes, now!"
Chikorita uses Razor Leaf!
The attack shoots out, slicing the Geodude mercilessly.
The foe's Geodude takes 32 points of damage!!
It's super effective!
The foe's Geodude faints!
The guard's Geodudes finally act ((low Speed is a killer, eh? ))
The guards cry out in unison:
"Attack that Chikorita now!"
The four remaining Geodudes launch a coordinated Tackle combo attack!
Chikorita is hit for 4 damage!
Chikorita is hit for 5 damage!
Chikorita is hit for 4 damage!
Chikorita is hit for 10 damage critically!
Dove's Chikorita was hit 4 times in a row!
The Chikorita struggles to get back on her feet after the vicious assault.
Dove cries out:
"Are you ok, Chikorita?"
The Chikorita lets out a weak cry in response to the question.
The guards morale looks bolstered after the coordinated attack, even though one Geodude is down and one other is seriously damaged.
Geodude (who was ganged up on):
HP: 50%
Condition: Healthy
((3 Geodudes are still 100%; one Geodude is KO'ed))
Chikorita:
HP: 28.125%
Condition: Healthy

Mina blinked. Keep forgetting this is a war, Mina, you don’t have to play by the rules.They won’t. “Well…okay…” she started hesitantly. She turned to the little bird perched on her shoulder.
“Pidgey, you too then.” The little bird nodded and joined the fray just after the first exchange of blows ended.
“Pichu, come out—this’ll be your first battle, let’s make it good! Use—” Drat. Thundershock won’t be any use here. Umm… “—use Charm! Sandshrew, Scratch again! Pidgey, Tackle! Protect Chikorita!”

((@Kareeah: Well, for now. Sometimes, you have to use the same amount they're using; I'll let you know if such a case arises. Needless to say, you wouldn't be able to do this in the videogame. ))
Dove nods at Misty in thanks, after the Chikorita is healed by the Potion.
Afterwards:
"Chikorita! Let another Geodude have it!"
Chikorita uses Razor Leaf!
Critical hit!
The foe's Geodude is hit for 65 points of damage!!
The foe's Geodude faints!
The guards start sweating visibly after this fierce display of raw damage.
Dove picks up on it and says:
"What's wrong? Can't take a little grass? Your Pokémon need to learn how to eat their veggies."
Mina:
Pichu uses Charm!
All foes lose two levels of Attack!
Sandshrew and Pidgey launch a coordinated attack!
The foe's Geodude is hit for 2 damage!
The foe's Geodude is hit for 3 damage!
The foe's Geodude is hit twice consecutively!
It's not very effective...
Misty:
You use a Potion!
Chikorita is healed for 20 HP! ((noted at the top of this post))
Stripes and Evan launch a coordinated attack!
The foe's Geodude is hit for 2 damage!
The foe's Geodude is hit for 5 damage critically!
The foe's Geodude faints!
Another Geodude bites the dust. The guards are really shocked now.
Draloed:
Sting uses Bite!
The foe's Geodude is hit for 5 damage!
The guard's Geodudes act:
The Geodude Bitten by Draloed's Skorupi flinches!
The two other Geodudes launch a coordinated attack!
The attack attempt is split by Mina's defending Pokémon ((guess who they were trying to hit again...))
The foe's Geodude Tackles Mina's Pidgey!
Pidgey takes 2 points of damage!
The foe's Geodude Tackles Mina's Sandshrew!
Sandshrew takes 2 points of damage!

Dove has Chikorita use Razor Leaf on the last 100% Geodude, which faints instantly ((do you really want to know the damage? ))
Mina:
Pichu uses Tail Whip!

Draloed:
Sting uses Poison Sting!
Critical hit!
The foe's Geodude takes 5 damage!
It's not very effective...
The foe's Geodude is poisoned!
Then, the darnedest thing happens. As the last Geodude makes to attack, the poison kicks in, and it faints.
Dove has a "sweatdrop" moment and remarks:
"Nice shot there, Draloed."
The Team Bandra Grunts are defeated!
The defeated trainers give up 1500PD!
As the guards leave, one of them accidentally drops something.
The party gets a Soothe Bell!
Dove picks up the Soothe Bell and says:
"Nice! You know, this doubles the rate of happiness gain for Pokémon equipped with it."
She holds it in her hand while she looks around the room.
As the group calms down, it now has time to examine the room more closely. It has one cabinet, a closet and several beds. It looks like a guard lounge/barracks/sleeping room.

It was a very tense moment as the Geodude moved to attack.
Then it fell over in a dead faint.
“Whoo Draloed!” Mina cheered.
Mina picked up Pichu while Dove examined the Soothe Bell, and started spinning happily in circles while Pidgey flew around the pair of them; Sandshrew was a little more dignified and contented herself with a happy gurgling sound.
“I have no use for it at the moment. Who wants it?"
Mina, still overjoyed by the group’s victory, replied, “One of you guys take it, we’ll be fine without it. Right Pichu?”
“Pi pichu!” The hatchling agreed.
They danced and spun about happily for a little longer before Mina got dizzy and had to sit down briefly.
“Well, that was fun! And I guess this is just as good a time as any for introductions. Guys, this is Pidgey—Pichu you’ve already met him—he and I came all the way from Johto to help out here.” The little bird chirped and landed on her shoulder to introduce himself. “Sandshrew this is Pichu; she just hatched earlier today.” The two rodent Pokemon sniffed each other interestedly; Sandshrew didn’t even flinch when a spark jumped out from Pichu. Of course, she was a Ground type and might not have even felt it. “And guys, this is Sandshrew; she joined us after she helped knock down the power lines to this place.” The other two chorused greetings.
“And with formal introductions out of the way, I’m going to go hunt for useful stuff. You guys rest for now; I might need your help again soon.” With that Mina returned her trio, then took the opportunity to look around. Her eyes fell on the closet. She hmm’d thoughtfully.
I wonder if those guys bother to clean out their pockets before they do the wash?
She started to dig through the closet.
((Pidgey’s into Special Attack, Pichu’s into HP and Sandshrew’s into Attack))

Mina:
Dove looks at you and replies:
"I'll check the cabinet."
Dove checks the cabinet and finds a bottle of Fresh Water.
The rest of the group checks the beds and finds nothing of interest.
Having found everything in the room, Dove leads the group outside to go to the last unsearched room in this floor.
As the group crosses the halfway point, Fate notices your part of the group. The groups merge together again.
Dove looks at Fate and asks:
"What did you find?"
Fate answers:
"A botanical garden, some stones, some cash, a Potion, and a Full Heal."
Dove stands in lost thought for a moment and then asks:
"What's up with all of these stones just laying around, anyways?"
Fate shrugs:
"I don't know either. I was asking myself the same thing. Anyways, what did you guys find?"
Dove grins:
"Five guards, a Soothe Bell and a Rare Candy."
Fate whistles in admiration, after overcoming the shock of hearing Dove mention the five guards.
"Are you all okay?", asks Fate.
((You guys get to answer the question, and afterwards, to the southern room we go!  ))

“There was a note with the Water Stone that said they were studying them…something about Spectral Pokemon…” Mina dug through her pack for a moment, emerging with the note. “Here. I didn’t bring it up because it didn’t seem like it would help us, and, well, you remember the last note I found…” Mina coughed. “It still doesn’t explain why they don’t at least have them locked up, though.”
((*snip* the middle of the conversation))
"Are you all okay?"
“Pidgey and Sandshrew got a little banged up, but nothing serious. Other than that we’re fine.” Mina replied cheerfully.

Mina:
Fate nods happily as you tell him you're ok.
He then grows silent as he reads the note.
Dove looks at him worried and asks:
"What's wrong?"
Fate remains mute. Slowly, he opens his mouth and starts speaking:
"My dad once told me that the universe is made up of many dimensions. We exist on one of the dimensions and there are other dimensions, that house other beings. Perhaps the Spectral Pokémon are the inhabitants of another realm and someone in Team Bandra managed to find a way to bridge the dimensions together."
Fate looks visibly shaken by this thought.
Dove then says:
"We have no time to worry about that now. We have a base to destroy!"
Fate nods, and then motions for the group to move closer to the door. He then opens it quickly and sends out his Totodile.
This room looks like a fitness gym. There are several lockers around the room and some exercise machines as well. There's no guards in the room.
Fate grins as he says:
"Wow, if we could take these out to a nearby town, just think of the profits..."
Dove glares at him and retorts:
"We're not here for profit, you know."
Fate looks at her, in a hurt way, and replies:
"I know...I was just joking, in any case."
Dove then says:
"All right group! Spread out!

Mina examined one of the nearest of the lockers as the pair quarreled. Obviously no one had ever introduced Dove to Rule Number One*…
“I’m a bit surprised there’s no one in here. And a little worried, to tell the truth. We’ve run into what, nine guys in the entire base? Eleven if you count the guards at the door…”

Misty will help search the room. "If nobody needs or wants the sooth bell, Evan would appreciate it." she comments. She thinks that the picu (spelling) would have more use for it right now, but guesses it's trainer is a bit more patient. She takes time to praise her pokemon before putting them back into their ball(s).
"As for why we havn't ran into more, I think they are all probably waiting for us somewhere. Think we need to make sure all our pokemon are in top fighting shape."

Fate looks at you and replies:
"I think you may be right. Of course, I'm not complaining about the scarcity of guards either...makes it so much easier to get to the bottom of this place."
Fate grins and looks at Dove, saying:
"Well...you do realize you contradicted yourself right? Who was the first one eagerly searching through the rooms for stuff?"
Totally busted, Dove turns beet red.
Fate smirks as he states:
"Case closed! In any case, I don't think we can haul these things out of here."
Mina:
After calming down, Dove looks at you and asks:
"Do you mind if I give Misty the Soothe Bell then?"
((While we wait for the answer... ))
Meanwhile, Mina and Misty search the lockers. Despite the sheer number of lockers present in the room, you find nothing. As Misty turns to leave, she notices a small safe inside of the last locker. After a few minutes of mind muscle, she manages to crack the code and gains the Protein located inside of it.
Dove and Fate exchange looks of amusement as Fate then says:
"Wow, at this rate, we'll be able to charge into Bandra Central HQ and wipe them out at the source."
Dove then adds:
"If we only knew where it is..."
Fate then replies, downcast:
"You take the fun out of life."
Dove then sticks out her tongue and retorts:
"So do you, sometimes..."
Having emptied out the room, the group heads over to the elevator.
Dove takes out the Keycard and swipes the terminal controlling the elevator with it. There appear to be three floors to this base, and the group is now going to Floor 2.
"Going down!", says Dove cheerily, as the group enters the elevator.

Mina turned to Dove just long enough to smile at her. “Go right ahead.” She turned back to the locker she had been examining; like all the rest it seemed to be empty. All Mina had been able to find was a bit of string, some dust, and a pair of thick, sweaty socks so filthy she could smell them three lockers away.

"So do you, sometimes..."
Mina looked thoughtful at this exchange.
“Here’s an idea; why don’t we interrogate the next batch of guards we run into?” She considered her own words for a moment. “Of course they’re probably going to lie through their teeth…”
((At the elevator…))
“Guys, we might want to get ready,” Mina fingered one of the Pokeballs on her belt. “If Misty is right they could be waiting to ambush us the minute the door opens.”
