the good old days^^
playing homm 1 and 2 =)
my favourite in homm 2 was clearly the paladin  he was awesome ^^.
Favourite in homm 1? hmm... troll!
he was one of the best: regeneration, + he was a shooter, making him overpowered.
i also pretty liked sprite as they could fly, dmg, and not be hit^^

Titans are THE best.Esp. if you have Mirror Image and good luck
my reord was like 320,000 when titans sturck 1st tier units with luck.

everybody except Titans suck--they are overpowered.
when i was playing against AI he had 6 Titans i had 4 Phoenix i didnt kill any Titans and from the first blow all my P. were killed.

I won't pick creatures. I still like H1 and H2 for the gameplay. Just the other day, I took the easy looking graphics for granted in H1 and got my butt kicked. Badly. Graphics are'nt everything.

Glad to see there are people who still love the old games. They may not look as fancy as the newer ones, but they play harder than the newer ones. I've beaten H4 more times than H1 and H2 percentage wise. H3 can always be competitive. Especially with WoG and the Creature experience option. So if you want to lose a game every now and then or test your real skills, try the older games. Very challenging.

I dont really like the way Heroes2 are made some creatures are OVERPOWERED(Titans) and some are just useful.Everything depends on your 7th tier creatures.You dont even have to cast anything on Titans they will kill everybody and hardly get hert.The only way to beat Wizards is to play small map with Barbarians.

I think Warlock is even more unbalanced.
The Black Dragon is way to strong, like the hydra, minotaur etc.

Even though Black Dragons' stats are great it is way worst than Titan---just think about how are you gonna get them,you need 3 building with resources,than buy all them....Titans are shoters and have minimal loses.

Hydras are well-balanced. They're slow as heck, they have pretty low hit-points for a creature of that level, but they do a lot of damage.
Barbarians are definitely underpowered, War Trolls and Cyclopsi are bad. The only redeeming quality of Barbarians is the Ogre Lords. They're beasts in large numbers. Whenever I'm in a big castle siege, Ogre Magi are always the last ones standing.
Anyway, is it just me, or is there something unplacably awesome about Minotaur Kings, Grand Elves and Vampire Lords? They're just -- awesome, I don't know why.

i loke Vamis and Elves too
1.Barbarians suck a lot.....
2.warlocks the best in early and mid-game.
3.Wizards the best at the end.
