So i downloaded it, and now what? i copyed the files to the bin but theres an error. Is there something that i missed?

I'll try to zap all the spelling bugs I can by rooting through the data files, so testers - don't worry about that.

Lord Evil, I think Kronos made a small mistake with the installation path, so just direct it to the TotE folder in the Ubisoft directory.  After the installation, run the ToK_Game.exe file in the bin directory.  It has the same icon as the original TotE.

Ok i did that but it says that there are some creature points missing and then that original game heroes not found.

That's something I noticed too some are more understandable than others because the volume of the Djinn's voice was really low and I dramatically increased it, that makes it hard to understand. And for the voice that can be heard in the intro thats just because I added an echo and maybe I should have reduced it a little.

You shouldn't copy the files to the bin folder, but you should install it in the H5 Parent folder.

Well I don't think I made a mistake, because that's the folder in which I installed the game as I said before the file hould be installed in the H5 Parent folder.

@DarkShadow: All right, you're in and this mkes five testers now we're complete.

My path is:

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East

Yours is:

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East\Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East

So you see it creates a new folder in the original folder, though now that I think about it that's probably not a problem

And no problem, I'll be glad to sort out the spelling and grammar.

Mine has the double folder indeed, but I typed a little text there saying that the H5 folder should be selected.

(Oh and mine is actually on the D drive, but this installer automatically detects the main drive)

I'm in the middle of the first mission. A good mission, very fun to play. I have a several comments:

-Every time I walk through the place where Nur's Djinns were, the player's walking stops automatically. That's probably because of the video that took place there, but it will be better if you cancel that stopping.
-Cyrus' treature room was guarded by a pack of Spectral Dragons. They wanted to flee, and in the moment I got to that room, I had a huge adventage over the other players. It will be the best of you put there atleast 30-50 spectral dragons.

I came across a bug too: instead of Nur joining me after the chat with the Djinns, it was Galib.  I guess the AI might have killed off Nur by accident or something before I got there, and recruited Galib afterwards.  Might be an idea to make sure Nur stays still until you reach her.

It's a fairly easy job to translate it to other languages. You don't need a lot of modding knowledge. You just have to edit all the texts and make records. Find enough Spanish speakers who will agree to record themselves telling the text.

But it's better to finish the patch before reproducing it in other languages.

Yes, now I reduced the amount of treasures and increased the guards.

Carryover bug fixed! I'll send all the testers a fixed campaign file I think the can put it in the h5u archives themselves.

And if you want to record Karador's voices that's great only his role is huge! I'll HCM you the script.

OK, I have to post this finally

1. to GL: They will have Qp's but first I want to finish the campaign and see the fixed version (after we report all bugs )

Now for ToK! The idea is kinda cool (of course with some notes ). For first time in mine entire life as Academy hater I really enjoyed the game as Academy player (Actually I just finished the first mission )

Here are some bugs, small mistakes and some advices:

- The loading image is to big, and kinda to simple.
- Strange point in the description of mission 1 here.
- The Djinn of Karador (his private djinn ) in the most dialogues he is named Karador's Djinn, but in the last one (and the first one?) he is named just Djinn, better keep him Karador's Djinn all the time or think for name.
- Its better if academy has dark magic in the magic guild (Karador is dark guy, right? And he start with Dark Magic)
- There are a lot of wood and ore stacks around the desert (the starting location), decrease their numbers a bit, put some chests instead of several stacks wood for example (the player don't need so much wood, but the rocks are welcome ) also maybe some additional sulfurs, the map has deficit in sulfur (but don't put more then 1-2 stacks ).
- Disable Week of Ether (on the first mission only).
- Better remove the Cartografer (Memory Mentor on his place ?)
- The place where you stop and speak with Razzak, when you go down the road, and then cross the place again Karador will stop for second time (there is no dialogue anymore but you just stop there ).
- Karador's Djinns voice is to quiet.
- Its gone be good if you increase the guards of Cyrus room, since he was a wizard and they created the orcs (also the weakest lv. 7 creature is the Bloodeyed Cyclops, so just put some of them (like 15-20)
- When you pass the gates of Havez you'll receive simple message about what you need to give him (the 8 Rakshasas), if you pass the gates for second time (without the Rakshasas) the quest will fail. Its just strange... (Same with Faiz?)
- When I saw the 3 djinns in a line I just thought "Ohh yeah! Time for action!" but they just want 30 wood? (I  have an idea for there, maybe its better if Nur ask you to kill a monster, who terrorize her lands?)
