No, that's the thing -- I basing it on all previous installments (except Heroes V). For instance, Efreets are back with the Dungeon towns (from Heroes IV). I don't really consider those Inferno-types anyway.
So, I've decided to make Wights/Wraiths the level 7 creature for Necropolis. I'll have Bone/Ghost Dragons as one of the many neutral alternate-types. So now only the Dungeon town has Dragons. Ah, much better.

I didn't edit flag or horse. I think you should use Duncan's horse with every hero, since all heroes from prior games only use horses. Duncans horse is also the best.

You guys know if it's possible to make all the heroes ride horses instead of elephants, mammoths, etc.?

Quite possible. Also quite difficult. There are people around here who know how to do that (through the use of effects). The problem is getting them to talk

Okay, people. Check out the first page. I have screenshots!
Anyway, the Giant/Titan designs aren't final -- I intend to make the Giant look a little less green, and more teal, like Heroes II. Similiarly, the Titan needs some gold touch-ups.

not sure if ur intending to have a crystal dragon.. but if you would like to avoid some work, i could try to dig up my textures for the following creature.
Never figured how to add a glowing effect in the chest to make a glowing heart.. but personally i thought i was the closest thing to H3 yet.

wow! this sounds pretty hard. Although this is my first post, I have been watching this community, and this is the best wip mod ever. Was wondering if you might need some extra assistance with textures.I hope you would include lizardmen, I can't believe they were taken out of the game... (I guess I was the only one who favored them.)

Although I am well-equipped for texturing, if you could come up with a believable Lizardman, I will put it straight into the game. No disrespect to whomever created it, but the Lizardman based upon the Blade Dancer just didn't sit well for me.
Anyway, my main focus up until now was to just work on the mod, however what I'm now doing is preparing a beta-release. Though, I don't want to put a release date (I tend to not get things done by them), I will say that you can expect it to be released sometime within the next month, if everything rolls along smoothly.
