this would but dark angels to necropolis,not as neutral,but i agree.Idea is "copied"
so IF i would do this mod i would add abilities and stats like this

maby dark angels are rebels who had fallen at the hand of powerful necromancer and be necro creatures or as necro rebels and bone dragons as necro creatures

there is no need to vampiric dragon,as we have already blood dragon,so vampiric dragon would not make sense,instead dracolich would be much better

Dracolich is great,and i think it would easy to do.just use happiness anim as cast anim and add some spells and mana to them.
