That is acutally one of the most cool NCF's i have seen in a looong time! Great job there!
But damn! it's the strongest creature in the game at the moment!

they cost twice as much as a level 7. and (I may be wrong) I think they are about twice as strong as a level 7 statistically.

They are just perfect to be included in my map which is now in development ! But name and effects could be somewhat better.
EDIT: Editor csrahed when I try to place CREATURE_383 on a map.

Do some maths and see they inflict more than quad damage to them, I believe they receive as much less damage as well. For sure it's a serious boss

Exactly my point
And besides, it's too imbalanced to have such high Attack and Defense, because things which ignore defense (like Grim Raider's ability and all Spells) will simply be a killer to this creature.
I don't suggest giving more defense than 50, so if you really want to be UBER than increase the damage and hit points, not Attack and Defense.

I would be praised if you could somehow manage to give the sovereign a "true moving",ability to summon random stacks of demons in the battlefield and the most important,somehow give him some special atributes.
There seem to be good modders at this game,unfotunately I will have to fend off from here.Badly that HommV is crawling,it has not that much support.The game is dead for my purposes.

Seraphim' I've just updated NCF database so that you can see people create new mods for it all the time.
I think that it would be nice if this creatures was called MYSTICAL dragon for example.

I took a name from FF12
I may rebalance its stats. (hadn't thought about the creatures able to ignore the defense  , it was only supposed to make the regeneration stronger)
