HC Olympics: Simple Modding
The modding challenge is going to be easy, so not only the expert modders will be able to participate.
This will require only texture editing. Of course that you can use other things, but I don't think that they can really help.
Your mission is to redesign the H5 Centaur. You can start also with the upgrades.
  
I think that the best idea would be to make it look like the H3 Centaur Captain, which seems to be very fancy:
But you can also choose other looks. A black Centaur or a Fire Centaur can be very interesting as well.
Anyway, the creators of the three best-looking Centaurs will get Olympic medals.

If I were you, I would do something with the bloody shoulders. The kinda bother the eye.

But in that case, experienced photoshoppers could "cheat" by adding things to the image like spears or whatever (not that I'd accuse anyone here of that, but it could happen)

I'll ask the first three places to link their mods.
This way we'll be able to make sure that they didn't cheat, and perhaps we will make them NCF creatures, add them to large projects, etc. All with the approval of the creator, of course.

My entry...
Ok here's my entry. Please take note of the details -- I did not simply "recolor" the original centaur, a lot of things have more detail and are different, please take a closer look!
I tried to make it match the Centaur Captain, added some white-ness for a beard ( ) etc... The horns are specially detailed by me.
Here's a pic:
And here's the mod. Put it in your UserMods folder and it'll work.

Death... you never fail to amaze me... First I thought this would be an instant gold for Cep (it probably will be) but that's some pretty awesome work there.
And the others are nice aswell (but meaning no offence to you guys but I'm supporting my guy )

If everything keep going well I'm ready on 45% I started with something completely new, but it seem like it will drain to much time, so I'm on plan B

Didn't you know that (from my hobbies thread) I am skilled in texturing, 3D modelling, sound and programming?
However, for re-texturing I am even more skilled since it's easier than texturing from scratch (btw I am quite obsessed with details and modifying as much as i can, as you can see from my Centaur, rather than just recolor something).
