No water tile for shipyard
I posted this in the wrong forum before, but here's my problem.
I just did a search for this and only came up with one google result (that didn't answer the question) so I'm asking here.
How do you set up a town in the editor so that you can build the shipyard building?
I've set my town near water (I've even made every inch of terrain around the building be water on some trials), I've placed ramps to connect the land with water, and I've edited the town properties to place the x,y position of the ship on the water by the ramps.
No matter what I do, no matter what combinations I can think of, when I go back and play the town I still get the "no water tile for shipyard" and I can't build the shipyard.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Yes it is for Heroes V, AFAIK Re-Animator created this in the Temple of Ashan first

Hey Salamandre,
No, I don't have Mocara's e-mail - haven't talked to him in years.
And I figured out another way to not be able to build shipyards - or at least the ships. If you enable the shipyard in the town and prebuild the shipyard you still can't build ships - or at least I can't.
