happy news then! seems 'bug' worked 
also if you notice in smallprint at middle sphinx, half million exp there too instead of staf choice

hehe, so it's fine Though I still think that it undermines the whole objective of this quest. Btw, do 3 lvl up (500K exp) are comparable to the staff? 
As for map, I enjoyed it greatly playing blind. My excitement grew twofold when I discovered that have won one of the quests and there are many more to come Forced final by owning two middle towns is fabulous and orginal(!) idea as well
The only aspect that didn't rise my spirits was the full mirror concept. Seems that such maps have smaller replayability potential due to lack of novelty from both sides even if they differ insubstantially.

eventually all good MP maps are mirrored. Even fiur maps break this 'rule' mostly in the eye, rather than the gameplay which is 90% mirrored instead of 95%
