firedragon strikes with...dishonour .. again!
Played with firedragon Genesis.In week 5 he came near my main town with his main hero;he killed 2 scouts and was in way to my town.When my turn came I attacked him and we fought a little.After few turns he run away with money.(he killed some of mine,Archers I killed some of him,ballista).
PS:we both agree in beggining not dv ,hit and run.

I think this was a little bit too short opening of this thread.
By discussing with both parties (and please Lord corect if I am wrong), here are some extra facts:
Fire played with orcs.
Both parties cause casualties to other, but Lord did major damage killing 2 cyclops.
Fire retreated after sawing puppet master casted by Lord on his cyclops.
He paid more than 50000 gold in exchange.
Both parties have big size of army involved.
In my mind its clearly not an hnr.
I was chatting to Lord about it, and in his interpretation no hnr means, that you cant retreat after you cauzed 1 HP damage. Even this is a simple rule, this is surely not the meaning of hnr for me, and would lead to a game, where only one final battle is possible, which is ridicolous.
I feel that this time Fire is accused without any bases.

Interpretations again... for crying out loud, this was NOT a hnr case by any means! But why should you bother interpreting it at all? Genesis has schackles for both players. Availability of schackles removes the hnr discussion in its very root. 
Hopefully, by the moment I write this, both of you are already continuing the game

This is clearly not hnr at all, you fought ,firedragon saw that he is in a worse position and paid to retreat. I had a fight vs Jinxer where we fought for more then 2 hours and in the end I saw my only chance is to retreat at this time and confront him later and that granted me the win. Lord Nerevar you must put another rule to your games not just no hnr, but just one final battle with no retreating!

Sorry Kispagat but were wrong informed intentionaly:
-I killed him only ballista and some centaurs ,resurrect and puppet (if I knew this is a hit and run game I will definatly killed some ciclpos).
-he paid 30.000 for his runaway.

Sorry for misunderstanding, but these info came from our conversation also, my fault then, but I dont think it changes anything

So jorko,if in a fight someone made causalities to you and run away ,for you this is not hit and run.
He had small army just in case to retreat,is clear he has a strategy for run away ( he doenst have goblins and all centaurs).
He just made some causalities an run away.More clear then this it cant be,or maybe a subjective opinion is hidden between your lines.

How many hunters were lost?
1-2 or 200?
What kind of actions were done before he run?

Well he faced the situation and clearly he saw that the retreating is a must. I'm not defending Firedragon, I even think that he is a dishonorable type of player reading all topics here. But this is not hnr. HNR is when someone enters with 7 units ,put some spells on you and run, or enters with a super fast unit hit you ,pay and then run. The game you describe feels like you've played several rounds and running after that is completely normal. I had a game with Zilonite where I easily killed his army, he just killed some of mine because he had destructive magic, but then he retreated,bought his new population and fought me again and I defeated him again and then this happened for a third time and I defeated him again and in the fourth fight my army was so reduced that he beated me and won the game. So this is not HNR , I just made some mistakes and payed for them.

I think when you realize that you cant win a final battle, the best you could do is retreat, if u can afford it. Stay there and loose is nothing to do abt honour, but foolish act. If u need to pay 30000 to go away, the intention cant be hnr.
Also, Strider's remark is good here. Take shackles, its there.

This is almost worst then Vangela's cry to the public about some rediculas attention.
Everyone has their own definition about H&R.
I got told off many time by Rychen about H&R.
Basically if 2 players attack each other, then that is not a case of H&R.
YOU JUST GOT MAD BECAUSE YOU DID NOT GET THE WIN, that was right in the grip of your hands.
Then I guess Dragon has a reputation by the way Asheera was talking & you used that against him you little I wont say it in public lol.
