The Gold Bear Rider looks magnificent. I don't recall seeing it before - where does it originate?

Yeah, there are so much creature we've never seen before...
Like the gold bear rider, the dark green vindicator that looks dead, the freaky dryad,...
I would like to add them on NCFBank, but where are they ?
Sim, can you give me some links for these creatures ?

I need to work yet.
I'm editing index.bin to see others NCF in the right panel.
EDIT:
now I'm not able to get creatures in the list.
Just old ones appear with some new ones under slot 300 but I hacked the .exe for 499 limit.
these first tests are done with TotE version 3.0
I need some times to create version for 3.1
