Yeah, let's all go back to playing HOMMIII.
I could be a dungeon hero (guess what kind...)
My main quest could be to restore my wiped-out clan (should find some female minotaur to mount then, I guess)
This is an excellent idea (wonder why I've never seen it before), but I haven't heard much from that Skao_low guy either. Was this map ever made? Or is it still in the making? What's the story (morning glory)?

Seems that Sir Stuffed has got enough of HoMM 4. Too bad, I'm going to put him on my map. 
DonGio's horns have seemingly started to grow inwards. That's why he is stubborningly still with Heroes 3 when HoMM 4 is obviously a lot better game in single player mode (and propably in multi too). Well, minotaurs are stubborn race afterall and they long for the old days.  Time to eradicate some of them soon.
Criticism, unless it is constructive one, is just whining.
By the way Wesley, if you are going to put me on the map, make sure that I am the god that can't be controlled and is continously making harm to people with his storms and lightnings unless they start to make sacrifices to me.

Well..
It's not quite for HOmm3 or 4
I'm going to make a warcraft Map with HC people on it..
Alteast then the heroes and units can have different names.
Like a dwarf that is named lord_Woock and has ressurection or Summon Skeleton warrior.
If you knew that i'm going to make a war3 map.(in about 5 weeks ) Then you will be a hero that can do much lighting moves like call storm and chain lightning.. and you would have the Paladin skin! That looks somehow like your avatar..
I know many people not play war3 when it got released... but I don't care much! I will make a map with you anyway!
It's much easier then Homm4 maps with ALL us on it... I simply can't wait..

Wow so thunder actually can write posts with less than 300 words, i never would have guessed.
As for you liking Heroes4 better than 3, well there is problably nothing i can do to change your mind, i just feel bad for you that u wasnt a man enough to face the heroes3 online gaming. Its much more challenging than writing books about heroes3 stuff, i promise.

Man enough? Tell me, Stiven, what part of Heroes 3 online game requires a man? The will to fill every hole, what holes? And isn't there women in ToH? They have been man enough to play Heroes 3 online?
To you it seems that playing Heroes 3 online is an unquestionable prove of your manhood (lol), to me it's mostly fun.
I've said this before: if my computer would connect properly I'd love to play HoMM3 online, and I would join ToH for sure. Sadly, it is not so and I can only pray that HoMM4 would prove to be different.

Yeah! how did you reckon i felt that way? Off course playing in TOH is what makes a man a man. lol
And i havent said that there only are men who plays in TOH, i know that there are women too and im sure atleast one of them could beat the crap out of me (which we are trying to find out btw  ). What i said was "if you are man enough", i didnt say "only men plays in TOH" did I? What i meant was that it would be nice to see you backing your words for once. Ive noticed that your attitude has gotten to more members too, like laughing at Gootchies choices for best towns. To me his opinion are much more worth than yours because he has shown that he actually knows how to play the game not writing books about why Silver pegasis has 13 in speed.
And if you like this game as much as you say you do im sure you could have gotten past some "connection problems". Who knows, maybe there are other reasons too?...

Hey, I take offense to that! Minotaurs have feelings to, you know! And what's this talk of eradicating. They've already eradicated my entire clan, and now you want to eradicate some more?? You vicious, evil, good-for-nothing, cruel, horrendous, malicious, party-poopin fart of a cloud! (Ah, that felt great!)
And Thunder, you think HOMMIV is a better singleplayer game than HOMMIII? Why? Because they went from Not Bright AI to No AI? I guess your motto is 'the easier, the better', right?

Both Heroes 4 AI and Heroes 3 AI have one thing in common: they lose. While you may have found that Heroes 3 AI has been challenging all these years, I haven't. Only way to keep AI somewhat challenging in Heroes series is to give them laughable amount of bonuses.
Graphics are generally better than in earlier versions. Adventure map graphics are a step to forward and especially trees are beautiful. Unit graphics in general are good or tolerable except those of Nomads, Phoenixes, Wolwes and Zombies. Music is great. Spell casting system feels fresh and even better than that of Heroes 3 (which was much better than that of HoMM2). Skill system is suberb.
What was impossible in Heroes 3 is now possible thanks to the scipting.
For example: Now I can make an illusion of peaceful farmhouse that is burned down due to forest fire during the gameplay. Or to make creatures to join only certain sides. To change victory or loss condition during gameplay. And many more.
Stiven, if you are such an expert of this connection stuff, why don't meet me in the zone and help me pass those connection problems?
