[MOD] the old Click sound is back

The mod replaces the "click" (button) sound with the one from previous Heroes games.

mod version: 1.0
game version: probably all, tested for patched ToE (3.1)

Pick up the sound file (bin) and change the sound by a silence
or pick up the sound file (xdb) and link to a non-existent file or simply don't link to a sound.
